Bohey Dulang; first time hiking with kiddos!

When I first saw these images in instagram, i knew i just had to include Semporna in our Sabah getaway last December. And we did it! We went hiking with the kids and oh boy, it was a lot of work.

Despite having to carry that 15kg AHN (almost) throughout the journey, on top of having to continuously encourage ND not to give up, we did it!!! can you tell how proud we were to be admiring that view from the top with our 5yo and 2yo toddler?

Anyway, we hired a tour agent for this trip and we found the Seahorse Sipadan Scuba. Very basic accommodation, but their staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a 3days-2nights trip; spent the first night in tawau. They fetched us from the airport and in the evening, we went to Tanjung Perapat. 

The next day were spent island-hopping which include Bohey Dulang, Mantabuan and Sibuan island. We passed by the sea-gypsy village along the way. Subhanallah, the islands in Sabah are so beautiful!!! Can you spot the crystal clear water and the shades of blue of the sea? 

Ain't complete for a beach getaway without indulging on their seafood *wink* 

Can't wait to be back and explore more islands in Semporna. Probably a diving trip with my troop? Lets!
